Add email recipients

What this article helps you do

Add team members who must receive Mapstore service emails. Mapstore sends emails to these addresses and to the Shopify shop email.

Add a recipient

  1. In Mapstore, go to Settings -> Email notifications.
  2. Enter a correct email address.
  3. Click Add.

Mapstore saves the address immediately. You can add up to 10 unique other recipients. Click an existing email chip to remove it.

What these recipients receive

Depending on the feature you use, the shop email and other recipients can receive:

  • Store and activity export files
  • Lead form submissions
  • CSV import or Google Sheets sync skipped rows and failures
  • Google Places sync failure notices

Mapstore does not send an import or sync email when it has no skipped rows. Check the Stores list or job result to verify the data.

Troubleshooting

Issue Fix
Address is rejected Enter a full email address and remove spaces.
Address exists Mapstore lets you add each other recipient only one time.
Cannot add a new address Remove an address that you do not use. The limit is 10 other addresses.
An email is not received Check the Shopify shop email and spam or junk folders. Imports and syncs without skipped rows do not send a completion email.
