Refund Policy

Seven-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund of the first paid Mapstore subscription charge for a Shopify store if we receive your request within seven calendar days after the charge date shown in your Shopify billing information. No reason is required.

This policy applies to both monthly and annual Mapstore plans. The free Basic plan has no subscription charge to refund.

Charges Outside the Window

After the seven-day window, subscription charges are non-refundable. This includes renewal charges, charges for later plan upgrades, unused time, partial billing periods, and annual plans cancelled before the end of the annual term. We do not provide prorated refunds or credits for a downgrade, cancellation, uninstall, or lack of use.

How to Request a Refund

Email [email protected] within the seven-day window and include:

  • your myshopify.com store domain;
  • the charge date and amount shown by Shopify; and
  • the email address associated with the store.

We may ask you to confirm that you are authorized to act for the Shopify store. Requests sent after the deadline are not eligible under this policy.

How Refunds Are Processed

Eligible refunds are issued through Shopify's app billing system. If the charge is still pending, Shopify may apply a credit to the upcoming invoice; if the charge has been paid, Shopify may return it as a refund. Shopify controls how the adjustment appears and how long it takes to reach your account.

Cancellation and Future Charges

A refund request does not by itself cancel your Mapstore subscription. To stop future charges, change to the free Basic plan through the App's billing page or uninstall Mapstore through Shopify. A pending charge already generated by Shopify may still appear on an upcoming invoice.

Mandatory Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
